Soma is upset about his sister's reaction and after Sara explains what Akari has done to her, Soma says he believes she could've changed, only to Sara's spite. Naturally, Sara disapproves of the relationship. He seems hesitant, but then explains that he started going out with Sara's bully, Akari. Sara, confused as to why Soma looked so excited for the start of the new school year, asks what makes him so happy.
